Here are some mouth-watering sweet recipes for you all-just check them out!

Tirangi tikki
Ingredients:

8 slices of bread, 1 cup milk, 200 gm chenna, 250 gm sugar, cherry murabba, oil for frying

Method:
Cut the bread sides and give it a circular round shape with the help of a katori.
Pour the milk in a plate.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the bread round slice in milk and fry them in oil.
Dip these fried breads in chaashni.
Add 2 tbsp milk to the left chaashni and heat on flame.
Now prepared tikki of cheena and again pour them into chaashni.
Now place these tikki one by one on all the fried breads. Pour the chaashni over these tikkis.
Keep them aside to cool down.
Garnish with cherry. Serve chilled.

Bread pudding
Ingredients:

Bread slices, ½ kg potatoes, 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder

For garnishing:
Cherries

Method:
Mix sugar and milk together.
Mash the bread in this milk.
Boll the potatoes and mash them. Add all the ingredients and blend them for five minutes.
Pour them in closed container and place this container in cooker filed with boiled water. Cook for 40 minutes.
Place them in serving plate
Garnish with cherries.
Serve.

Royal toast
Ingredients:

8 bread slices, 6 tsp sugar, ½ liter milk, 1 piece coconut, 8 cherries, ghee for frying

Method:
Cut the single bread slice in to 7 pieces. Repeat the same with all breads.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these pieces till they turn golden in color.
Prepare rabri from milk in a pan. Add sugar and grated coconut to it and take it from the flame.
Place the breads in a serving plate. Pour the prepared rabri over them. Garnish with cherries.
Serve.
