Sumptuous Vegetarian Recipe For Everyone
Hey girls and guys, here are some mouth-watering and delicious vegetarian recipes for you all. Don’t waste time in thinking, instead read the recipes written below and try them in your kitchen cabinets at least once. I am sure you all would love these relishing recipes irrespective of your age.
Stuffed tomato
Ingredients
8 tomatoes, 250 gm potatoes, masale, 2 green chilies, coriander leaves, ghee, 1 tbsp Maida
Method
Wash the tomatoes and dry them with towel.
Hollow these tomatoes from the centre.
Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add the tomato pulp in it. Add chopped green chilies, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
Fill the above prepared mixture in tomatoes and cover them with tomato covering.
Make a nice batter of Maida using water and add pinch of salt to it. This batter will help in covering the tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry tomatoes in it. Carefully pace them in pan and later in serving plate.
Garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
Parval boats
Ingredients
8 parval, 2 tomato, 2 onions, masale,1 radish piece, ghee for frying
Method:
Wash the parval and dry with towel.
Slice them into half from the center.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry these parval pieces in oil firstly on high flame and then on low flame.
Make a nice paste of onions in blender and sauté it in a separate heated pan. Add turmeric and red chili powder. Add tomato pulp and sauté again.
Pour the require amount of water to prepare a thick gravy.
Add salt and other seasonings.
Cook for five more minutes.
Pour the gravy in long boat plate and place fried parval in them. Garnish with radish pieces.
Serve hot.
