Sumptuous sweets for you
Hey people, here are some great, mouth-watering sweets recipes for you all- just read them out, to prepare them in your kitchen cabinets for your family members and friends. I am 100 percent sure they all would love these lip-smacking sweets!
Cheese rasmalai
Ingredients:
50 gm cheese, 10 gm sooji, 60 gm sugar, 3 liter milk, 50 gm pista, 10 gm cardamom powder
Method:
Mix cheese with sooji till the mixture gets fluffy.
Prepare lemon sized balls from this mixture.
Prepare sugar syrup by boiling 400 gm sugar in water for five minutes. Keep it aside to cool down.
Dip cheese balls in it this for 15 minutes.
Bring milk to a boil in another pan. Boil it for 20 minutes. Add 20 gm sugar to it.
Add cheese balls to this milk.
Sprinkle pista and cardamom powder.
Place them in refrigerator for freezing.
Serve chilled.
Kala jamun with pista moose
Ingredients:
100 gm grated mava, 20 gm cheese, 25 gm flour, 125 ml water, 150 gm sugar, oil for frying, 10 gm pista
Method:
Mix cheese, mava and flour in bowl. Add water and prepare a thick paste.
Prepare 20 balls from this mixture.
Add sugar to water and prepare sugar syrup.
Heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Fry balls in it.
Add the fried balls in sugar syrup. Keep them aside to chill down.
Serve with chopped pista.
Saffron custard
Ingredients:
1 liter milk, 175 gm sugar, 60 gm cornflour, 10 saffron strands, 80 ml water
Method:
Boil the milk for 10 minutes. Add sugar to it and again boil it for a minute.
Add cornflour to the water and prepare a thick paste. Add this to the milk.
Pour the above milk in a bowl and sprinkle saffron strands on the top.
