Sumptuous sweet recipes for you

Hey people, here are some sumptuous and mouth-watering sweets for you all! Read the recipes below and try them in your kitchen cabinets, I am sure you all would love these lip smacking dishes.

Sweet potato rolls
Ingredients

1 kg milk, 250 gm boor, 250 gm almonds, 25 gm pista, cardamom powder, 500 gm boiled and mashed potato

Method:
Boil and mash the potatoes.

Pour milk in a pan and bring it to a boil on high flame.

Heat ghee in another pan and sauté potatoes mixture in it till it turns to golden brown color. Add milk to this pan and prepare a thick batter.
Take off the pan from flame.

When it cools down, adds boora with cardamom powder and chopped almonds.
Make desirable shape rolls from this mixture and serve.

Banana with coconut
Ingredients:

4 banana, 100 gm brown chocolate, 100 gm coconut powder

Method:
Add 4 tsp water to the chocolate in a bowl and place the bowl in a microwave for 2-5 minutes. Let it melt.
Spread the coconut on the tray.

Peel off the banana and chop each banana into 4 pieces.
Dip each banana piece in melted chocolate and place on coconut in tray. Sprinkle more coconut over bananas. Serve.

Chenna bada
Ingredients:

500 gm paneer, 35 gm ghee, oil for frying, 80 gm Maida, 500 gm sugar

Method:
Add ghee to Maida and mix well. Mix paneer to it and mix again.
Prepare flat tikkis from the above mixture.
Prepare 3-tar sugar syrup and keep it boil on low flame.

Heat ghee in another pan and fry the prepared tikkis in it till they turn golden brown in color.
Pour all the tikkis in the sugar syrup.

Add the crushed mishri and add the sugar syrup.
Serve when tikkis gets cool down.
