Sumptuous recipes for you all-have a look
Spinach puree
Ingredients
15 ml olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 8 garlic clove, 1 crushed peppercorns, 300 ml thick spinach puree,1 cup skimmed milk, 1/2 cup grated cheese, salt to taste, 4 bread
Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger, garlic and onions in it for three minutes.
Boil milk in another pan and add cheese to it. Cook on low flame until the cheese gets melt. Add palak mixture in it and mix well.
Crisps the bread slices and apply the spinach paste on it and serve.
Potato slice
Ingredients
Two chopped potatoes, 3 tbsp Maida, 4 tbsp water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder
For filling
100 gm grated paneer, 50 gm raisins, 50 gm cashew nuts, 1tsp salt, pinch of red chilly powder, pinch of black pepper powder
For masala
1 cup chopped onions, 1 chopped tomato, ¼ piece of ginger, 2 garlic clove, 1 red chilly, 3 tbsp oil, 1 curry leaf, 2 cloves, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp chilly –garlic sauce
Method
Pour all the potato slices in salty water.
Pour all the ingredients of filling mixture in a bowl and mix them well.
Prepare a batter of Maida, water, salt and red chill power and keep it aside.
For preparing masala, blend ginger, garlic, tomato and dry chilies in a blender.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and curry leaf in it. Add tomatoes to it and cook. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, cloves and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 cup water to the above mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and chilly-garlic sauce to it. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Take out potato slices from water. Press some filling in-between potato slices. Dip these potato slices in Maida batter and place in oven to get cooked.
Make nice paste of prepared masala in blender and pour over these potato slices.
Serve hot.
