Sumptuous pulao recipe

Motiya pulao
Ingredients
400 gm basmati rice, 50 ml cream, 50 gm butter, 50 gm peas, 50 gm chopped carrot, 50 gm French beans, salt to taste, 1 gm kesar dissolved in 50 ml water, 2 drops of jasmine syrup, 30 ml lemon juice, 30 gm cardamom, 2 curry leaves, 5 gm dalchini stick, 45 gm cloves, 50 gm mint lees, 5 gm chopped green chilies, 30 gm ginger, 5 gm cardamom powder, 5 gm shahi jeera, 5 gm chili powder, 2 liter water, 250 gm cottage cheese, 50 gm khoya, 25 gm kaccha pudina
Method
Mix cottage cheese and khoya together .add salt and chopped mint leaves in it. Prepare pearl shaped rounds from this mixture.
Wash all the vegetables and keep them aside.
Pour water to the pan and bring it to a boil after adding all the masale, salt and lemon juice.
Soak the rice in water for sometime .later add the rice to the boiled water and cook till it gets 2/3rd soft.
Heat the butter in another pan, splutter jeera in it. Sauté all the vegetables in it. Add salt, chili powder, cardamom powder. Also add cream and mix well. Divide this mixture in two parts.
On one part, pour the cooked rice. Place the prepared pearl balls on it. Now spread the rest of vegetables on the sides.
Pour ginger and mint leaves. Add more rice on it. Sprinkle jasmine syrup and kesar drops.
Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5- 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
