Sumptuous parantha recipes

Hey people, here are some sumptuous parantha recipes for you all-just have a look below! I m sure you all would love the recipes written below.

Besani parantha
Ingredients:

150 gm wheat flour, 25 gm ginger, 50 gm onions, 100 gm chana ka besan, 3 green chilies, coriander leaves, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dry coriander, 1 tsp anaar dana powder, ½ tsp ajwain, 4 tbsp ghee, salt, ½ tsp garam masala

method:
Mix wheat flour and besan together.
Chop onion, ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves very finely. Add all the seasonings in it.
Add salt and prepare nice dough of it by mixing in the flour.
While preparing dough, pour 1 tsp ghee in it.
Prepare chapattis from this dough.
Fry them on tawa using ghee from both the sides.
Serve hot.

Sweet parantha
Ingredients

250 gm flour, 4 tbsp ghee, 4 cloves, salt, 2 cardamoms, 100 gm sugar

Method
Dissolve the sugar in some water.
Add some ghee to the flour and then prepare its dough using that sugared water.
Add cardamom powder and clove powder to it.
Prepare small chapattis from the dough and fry them on tawa using ghee.
Serve hot.

Paneer parantha

Ingredients

250 gm flour, 25 gm onion, 2 green chilies, 4 cloves, coriander leaves, ghee for frying, 100 gm paneer, 1 inch ginger piece, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp white jeera, salt

Method
Add 1 tbsp ghee and salt to the flour and prepare a nice dough using water.
Grate the paneer and add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, and onion to it. Add all the seasonings. Mix all well.

Prepare small rounds from the dough and fill paneer mixture in it.
Prepare chapattis from it and fry them on tawa using ghee.
Crisp them and serve hot.
