Sumptuous murabbas
Hey people, here are some sumptuous murabba recipes for you all. They are not only good in taste but also high in nutrition too. So don’t think much, read and prepare them!
Chuaraa murabba
Ingredients
600 gm chuaare, 1 kg sugar, water as required
Method
Soak the chuaare in water for at least 10 minutes.
De-seed them and then add them to the prepared sugar syrup and cook for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
Later take it off from the flame and keep aside to cool down.
Pour into a crystal jar, your chuaraa murabba is ready.
Tomato murabba
Ingredients
2 Kg tomtoes, 4 oranges, 1 lemon, 50 badam, 1 kg sugar, water as required
Method
Wash the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.
Pour the chopped tomatoes in steel utensil and bring them to boil on low flame.
Now sieve it through thin cloth.
Peel off the oranges and chop them into small pieces. Add sugar, tomatoes and cook them on high flame in a pan.
When solution starts becoming thick in consistency, add the orange pulp and cook for 10-12 more minutes.
Take off the pan from the flame and add chopped badam. Squeeze the lemon juice in it and mix well.
Pour them into a clean container. Your tomato murabba is ready.
Raisin murabba
Ingredients
50 gm raisins, 700 gm sugar, 6-7 cardamom powder, 10 drops of rose water, water as required
Method
Wash the raisins with water and then drop them in boiled water.
When the raisins starts popping up, add them to the prepared chaashni syrup. Cook till 2-3 boils comes up on low flame.
Take off the utensil from the flame and add rose water and cardamom powder to them. Mix well and pour them into a clean container. Raisin murabba is ready.
