Sumptuous kheer recipes

Hey girls and guys, here are some sumptuous kheer recipes for you sweet lovers. I am sure you all would love them. Don’t think much, read and Try them in your kitchen cabinet.

Sabudana kheer
Ingredients

1 cup sabudana, 50 gm chopped cashew nuts, 1 cup sugar, 4 cup milk, 50 gm raisins, and 1 cup water

Method:
Boil milk in pan.
Wash the sabudana and add to the boiled milk.
When milk becomes thick in consistency, add 1 cup water and sugar to it. Cook on low flame.
When kheer gets thicker, add chopped cashew nuts to it with raisins.
Serve chilled.

Corn kheer
Ingredients

cups corns, 2 cup coconut milk, 5 cups milk, 3 cardamom seeds,  tsp rose ter, 6 chopped badam

Method
Make a nice paste of corns in a blender.
Boil the milk in boiler and add corn paste in it.
When milk becomes thick in consistency, add sugar and coconut milk to it. Cook.
When kheer becomes ready, add chopped cashew nuts and raisins to it.
Took it from flame and let it cool down.
You can serve hot or chilled as per your taste.

Carrot kheer
Ingredients

1 kg carrot, 100 gm chopped casher nuts, 1 kg milk, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 100 gm khoya, 5 gm raisins, 5 tsp ghee, and kesar

Method
Peel off the carrots and grate them.
Heat half quantity of milk in a pan and add grated carrots in it. Cook them.
Heat ghee in another pan and pour the above mixture in it. Add grated khoya in it. Mix and sauté well.
Add sugar and cook again till sugar gets totally dissolved and kheer becomes thick in consistency.
Add dry fruits and raisins, cardamom powder to it. Put it in refrigerator to cool down.
Serve.
