Sumptuous Festive Recipes

Hey girls and guys, here are some special festive recipes for you all! Have a look!

Badam phal kachori

Ingredients:

½ cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg, 2 tsp vanilla essence, ½ tsp badam essence, 1 ½ cup flour,  ¾ cup roasted badam, 2 cup cream, some assorted fresh fruits,  ¼ tsp khubani jam, 1 tbsp water

Method:

Mix cream, butter, 1/2 cup sugar, yellow part of egg, 1 tsp vanilla essence, badam essence well in a blender.

Prepare nice flour dough using the above paste. Add chopped badam into it.

Prepare kachori from above dough. Bake the prepare kachori in oven at 375 degree.

Add rest of sugar to the cream and mix well.

pour the left badam on kachori with blended vanilla essence.

Mix water and jam well and pour over prepared kachoris.

Garnish kachori with fruits and roasted badam.

Serve.

Phirni

Ingredients:

12 badam, 4 tsp rice paste, 3 glasses milk, 5tbsp sugar, 8 pieces of kesar pieces, 1 tsp cardamom powder

Method:

Peel of the skin of badam. Add them to ½ cup milk and prepare a nice paste.

Add rice paste to the above paste.

Bring boil to milk. Add kesar and sugar to it. Now add rice paste to it.

Keep stirring till everything blends well together. Cook till it becomes thick in consistency.

Sprinkle cardamom powder over it and then keep it aside.

Pour phirni in katori and garnish with chopped badam and pista.

Serve.

Malai ke laddoo

Ingredients:

10 cup milk, ¼ tsp kesar, pinch of phitkari, 100 gm sugar, 10 chopped badam

Method:

Bring milk to a boil in a pan. Add phitkari .cook till milk turns thick in consistency.

Take off the milk from the pan and keep it aside to cool down.

Add kesar and sugar and prepare laddoo.

Garnish laddoo with chopped badam.
