Coconut sandwich
Ingredients

1 bread slices, 1 grated coconut, 1 cup curd, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 2 chopped green chilies, salt to taste, 2 tsp black pepper powder, 15 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp ghee

Method
Make a nice paste of grated coconut, curd, ginger, green chilies, black pepper powder together in a bowl.
Now put a layer of this paste on bread slice.
Grease ghee on a sandwich maker, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves in it and sauté the bread in it.
Serve hot with sauce.

Poha
Ingredients:
2 cup chidwa, 1 boiled and diced potato, 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, ¼ cup boiled peas, 3 tbsp oil, 2 tsp hing, ¼ tsp mustard seeds, 3-4 curry leaves, ½ tsp turmeric power, ¾ tsp salt, ¼ tsp red chili powder, 1 chopped green chili, 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice of ½ lemon.

Method
Soak the chidwa in water. Sieve it.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté hing, mustard seeds in it. Add curry leaves and turmeric powder to it. Also add salt and red chili powder to it.
Add potatoes, green chilies, peanuts to the pan and sauté them well.
Pour chidwa in it and keep stirring.
At the end, sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
Serve hot.

Moong dal pakode
Ingredients

250 gm moong dal paste, 4 green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, oil for frying, 25 gm ginger, 50 gm onion, 1 tsp coriander seeds

Method
beat the moong dal paste well.
Chop onions, ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves. Add to dal paste with other seasonings.
Heat oil in a pan and fry small balls prepared from this dal paste.
Serve hot with chutney.
