Sumptuous and healthy recipes for your tiny tots
Hey people, here are some perfect recipes for your kids and tiny tots. Just try these lip-smacking recipes in your kitchen cabinet.
Masala noodles
Ingredients
1 small packet chatpatte noodles, carrot, 1 onion, 2 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, ½ cup sprouted moong, green chilies, ¾ garlic, 1 lemon, 1 bunch of coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 2 red chilies, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tbsp urad dal, some curry leaves, 1/2 tsp salt, tbsp oil
Method
Chop carrots, tomatoes, green chilies, potatoes in small pieces.
Make a garlic paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds, red chilies, urad dal in it for minute. Now add curry leaves, potatoes, carrots, onions, green chilies. Sauté them.
Later add salt, ginger paste, red chili powder and 1 ½ cup of water.
Bring it to boil.
Add noodles and cook them on low flame.
At the end, add tomatoes and garam masala. Cook for minute.
Serve after garnishing with sprouted moong, coriander leaves. Also sprinkle lemon juice.
Healthy and mouth-watering egg chilla
Ingredients
4 eggs, 1 potato, 1 cup chopped spinach, 1 tomato, 1/ 2cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 cup peas, 1 chopped onion, ¼ cup coriander leaves and green chilies mixed together, 1/2 cup cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1/ 2tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper powder
Method
In bowl, pour the 4 eggs and beat them well.
Peel off potatoes and grate them. Mix potatoes with cabbage, spinach, chopped tomatoes, green chilies and coriander lees. Add this total vegetable mixture in beated eggs. Mix well.
Heat butter in frying pan. Pour egg mixture in it.
Fry it from both sides.
Pour cream on the sides. And let it cook on low flame.
When it turns golden brown in color, serve it with tomato sauce and bread slices.
