Sumptuous almonds recipes

Cherry and almonds cake
Ingredients

500 gm Maida, ½ cup oil, 100 gm sugar powder, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 40 gm almonds chopped into small pieces, 2-3 drops of almond essence

Method
Grease the tin with oil and sprinkle some Maida in it.
Heat the oven from 150 degree Celsius to 300 degree Celsius.
When oven get heated up, sieve the baking powder and Maida in a bowl.
Keep aside some almonds and cherries, use the rest and mix them in the Maida

Mix sugar and eggs together in bowl. Beat them well. Keep on adding oil to this mix and stir it continuously.
Add this beated mixture in Maida and mix the ingredients well. Add essence and mix.

Pour this mixture into the greased tin with chopped cherries and almonds. Place the tin in pre-heated oven and bake for 45 minutes.

When cake gets ready, take out the cake from oven. Freeze the cake for 10 minutes in refrigerator.
Take out the cake from tin and serve.

Gul badan chakor in badam chutney

Ingredients

200 gm cheese, 50 gm curd, 100 gm almonds soaked in water, 4 cardamom, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 4 chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp magaj, ½ tbsp salt, ½  tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp besan,  2 eggs, ½ cup milk

Method

Cut the cheese in small square pieces.

Beat the eggs and mix them with besan. Dip each cheese piece in this mix and bake it for 5 minutes in oven. Keep them aside to cool down.

Peel off badam and pour them into blender with curd, milk, butter, cream and cardamom. Prepare a nice paste. Add salt, garam masala and tomato suace to it.

Pour the sauce in a serving plate and garnish with chopped cashews and magaj.
