Hey are you suffering from knee pain? Well, knee pain can occur due to several reasons like torn or ruptured ligament or cartilage, knee strain, arthritis, bone tumors or cysts, infections and a broken or fractured kneecap. Plus knee pain also depends on what age you are experiencing the problem. Here are some reason explained below that leads to knee pain-just read them out!

Do you know that the knee starts to pain when it gets misaligned? It is caused when both feet have a structural problem like a flat foot or a high arch. This condition causes the leg to rotate improperly, thus producing a lot of stress on the knee.

Certainly overweight people suffer from knee pain problem in a big way. Overweight puts an unnecessary weight on knee joints thus leading to knee pain. It also leads to premature ageing of knees and puts excess strain and stress. So it is very important to keep a good check on your body weight.

Arthritis is a major problem affecting the people of old age. This ailment attacks the knee joints badly causing much pain.

Don’t be surprised to read that the overactive thyroid gland can be a major reason behind your knee pain. Excess release of thyroid gland leads to weight gain in one’s body, which eventually affects the knees thus causing much stress and strain on them.

Genetic problems also lead to knee pain. Diseases like sickle cell or hemophilia could also be the reason behind knee pain. It occurs due to he internal bleeding and leads to cartilage damage.

Vitamin deficiency can be anther reason for knee pain. Though this factor is not directly responsible for knee pain but vitamin deficiency can cause muscle weakness thus leading to knee pain.
