Spicy pickles for you

Hey people, here are some spicy and tangy pickle recipes for you all. Just read them and at least once try them in your kitchen cabinets.

Green chilies and ginger pickle
Ingredients:

½ kg ginger, ½ kg green chilies, 200 gm mustard powder, 4 tbsp salt, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp black pepper powder, 250 gm oil

Method:
Wash the ginger, and cut it into long thin slices.
Also wash the green chilies, dry them. If you want you can cut its stem.
Heat oil in pan and then cool it down. Splutter mustard in it with red chili powder, salt and other seasonings.
Take off the pan from the flame and then add the ginger slices with green chilies. Mix them ell.
Pour the achaar in a big container, you can relish it as and when you want.

Mixed vegetable pickle
Ingredients

1 kg peas, 1 kg cabbage, ½ kg ginger, ½ kg green chilies, ½ kg onions, 20 gm mustard powder, 350 gm oil, 150 gm salt, 50 gm red chili powder, 50 gm black pepper powder

Method:
Chop the cabbage in small pieces.
Boil water in a pan on high flame. Close the flame and add chopped cabbage, peas in it.
Later drain water from these boiled vegetables. Pour these boiled vegetables on a cloth and place cloth under the sun, so that the vegetables get dried up.
Chop the ginger in thin slices. Also cut onion slices. Half the green chilies.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder in it. Add peas, cabbage, onions, ginger pieces and green chilies in it. Mix all well.
Pour the achaaar in a container and place container under sun for time to time.
Your pickle is ready.
