Spicy Indian Recipes
Hey girls and guys, here are some tasty Indian spicy recipes for all of you! Just read and try in your kitchen cabinets. I am sure you all will love it!
Peas kadhi
Ingredients:
500 gm green peas, 3 tbsp roasted besan, 1 cup sour curd, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1tsp jeera, pinch of hing, 1 tbsp oil, 150 gm paneer, 1 ½ tsp red chili powder, 2 chopped green chilies. Some chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp coriander powder
Method:
Boil the half peas in a pan.
Make the paste of rest of peas in a blender.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté paneer pieces in it and keep aside. Now sauté hing and jeera in pan and add turmeric, garam masala and red chili powder to pan.also add the peas paste. Sauté all the stuff for 3-4 minutes till they turn golden brown in color.
Add roasted besan to it.
Add required water, salt and cook again. Add paneer pieces and take it off from flame. Add chopped green chilies, coriander with lemon juice. Pour boiled peas over the top and serve with rice.
Capsicum prepared with besan
Ingredients:
4-5 capsicum, 1 cup sieved besan, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ajwain, 3-4 tbsp desi ghee, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, 8- 10 paneer pieces
For garnishing;
Slices of tomatoes, paneer. Chopped coriander leaves, fried and chopped almonds and cashews
Method:
heat oil in a pan and sauté besan, red chili powder, garam masala, ajwain, salt, turmeric powder together.add chopped capsicum to it and sauté them nicely. When capsicum turns soft, take it off from flame.
Garnish with fried dry fruits like almonds, cashews and chopped coriander leaves, chilies and serve hot.
