Special keema kebab recipe

Here is an interesting keema kebab recipe for all you non-vegetarian lovers, I am sure you all would love it. Just read it out and prepare the dish in your kitchen cabinets.

Keema kebab
Ingredients:

250 gm keema, 3-4 chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp papaya paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilies, ½ lemon, 2 tbsp refined oil, ½ tsp jeera, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp roasted besan, 1 tbsp khus khus powder, 1 tsp Soya leaves, ½ tsp dry methi leaves, 1 ½ tsp salt

Method:
Rub the keema with papaya paste and keep it aside for an hour. Now make a paste of keema. Now prepare the keema dough by adding ¾ salt, ½ tsp lemon juice and besan. Also add ½ khus khus to it. Now make small balls from this dough by filling it with chopped green chilies and onions.

Prepare the macula in big utensil. Heat oil in a pan and splutter jeera in it. Sauté chopped onions till they turn golden brown. Now add ginger, garlic and left khus khus in pan. Stir and fry. Add all the dry masala with salt and stir again. Pour ½ glass water to it and cook for sometime. Add dry methi leaves and soya leaves to it. Again add 2 glasses of water. Cook it nicely. Now pour all the prepared keema balls in pan one by one carefully. Cook and stir it again carefully otherwise balls may get broken. Make sure the gravy is thick. close the flame.

Pour the prepared dish in a serving bowl and Serve hot after garnishing with chopped green chilies and coriander leaves. Enjoy this sumptuous dish with roomali chapattis or tasty Nan.
