Special Bread Recipes For Festive Season
Hey girls and guys, here are some special bread recipes for you all, which you can prepare on the eve of festivals for your loved ones and friends. I am sure they all will love these breads.
Paneer stuffed roomali roti
Ingredients:
150 gm maida, 20 gm paneer, 50 gm flour, 4 green chilies, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ½ tsp salt, a pinch of soda
Method:
Sieve maida and flour together in a bowl. Add salt and soda in it. Make nice dough of these ingredients using water. Also add chopped green chilies and coriander leaves in it. Add grated paneer with salt to dough. Now make small balls to prepare chapattis. Cook these chapattis on the backside of your regular tawa. Make sure your chapattis are very thin. Cook both sides of chapatti on tawa. Serve hot.
Sabudana kachori
Ingredients:
2 cup maida, 6 tsp oil, ½ tsp salt, and oil for frying
For filling:
½ cup peas, ½ tsp turmeric powder, a pinch of hing, ½ cup sabudana, ½ tsp salt, 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Soak the sabudana in water 1 hour before you start making kachori.
Sieve the maida nicely. Add salt and 6 tsp oil in it and prepare dough for making kachori.
Heat oil in pan. Pour hing, peas, sabudana, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder and cook for 2 minutes. Prepare a nice filling mixture of these ingredients.
Make small balls from the dough and fill the subudana prepared filling in it. Roll them a bit to make kachori and then fry in the karahi oil. Serve hot with chutney.
