Our feet are the most worn out portion of our body as they are the most stressed and used. Thus, there is no better way of pampering them than a spa massage which helps in rejuvenating it so that it can once again face the challenges of life. To relax your feet, spa massages are the best. But it is not necessary that you have to spend a bounty to get it done from spa centers. If you can afford it, well and good; but if you want to save time as well as money, you can try some home spa massages.

To achieve an effective spa massage at home, you first need to prepare a bubbling foot spa, consisting of warm water with a tablespoon of salt mixed in it. Immerse your feet in that tub for about 20 minutes and clean it then with a soft towel to feel that relaxing experience. The take massage oil and treat your foot with the luxury of a proper massage. Believe it or not- all your tiredness would vanish and you would once again get back your energy to face life with a new start.
