Soufflé recipes

Fig soufflé
Ingredients for preparing fog soufflé:
8 eggs(separate yolks and whites),200 gms figs,500 gm whipped cream,80 gms flour,120 ml milk,80 gm melted butter,160 gms sugar
Method for preparing fig soufflé:
First of all mix flour, milk and yolk together. Now cook this solution in a double boiler till this reaches custard- like consistency. When the mixture reaches custard like consistency, add melted butter to it and mix thoroughly. Beat egg white and sugar till they get stiff. Now chop the figs. At the end, mix egg yolk mixture, cream, stiff egg whites and chopped figs together and carefully set them into some individual moulds in a refrigerator at least for one hour. At the end before serving it to your family members or guests, garnish it with white and dark chocolate and few slices of fig.
Kiwi soufflé
Ingredients for preparing kiwi soufflé:
5 eggs(separate yolks from whites),480 gms sugar,1 liter milk,20 gms gelatine,2 fresh kiwi, or kiwi crush,1 kg whipped cream
Method for preparing kiwi soufflé:
Firstly mix egg yolk of five eggs with 300 gms sugar and milk well together. Now cook this mixture well in a double boiler till it reaches nice custard like consistency. later beat the egg white together with rest of the sugar till it turns stiff. Now separately soak the gelatine in 50 ml of water to cook it in a double boiler for 10 minutes on a low flame.
Now chop the kiwi into fine pieces. Mix custard, stiff egg-whites, cream, chopped kiwi or crushed kiwi well and set them into individual moulds. Allow it to set in a refrigerator for one hour. Garnish with a sesame basket filled with dark chocolate and slices of kiwi. This would definitely be loved by your family members.
