Some tasty dishes for sweet lovers

Hey all you people with sweet tongue, here are some great recipes for all of you. Just try them in your kitchen cabinet.

Curd choco cake
Ingredients:

1 ½ cup maida, 1 cup thick curd, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup refined oil, ½ cup coca powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ½ tsp soda-bi-carbonate, 10-15 raisins

Method:
Mix sugar and curd till the sugar dissolves completely.
Add baking powder ad soda and mix well till the bubbles appear.
Add oil, coca powder and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add maida and mix well.
Now grease a mould of any shape with oil properly.
Pour the material along with the raisins in the mould.
Bake in a preheated oven at 210C /400F for 10 minutes.
Low the temperate to 150C/ 300F and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Test the cake by putting knife in the center of the cake.
When knife comes out clean, switch off the oven.
Remove the cake after 5 minutes from the oven.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the tin before taking it out of the tin. Now cut it into pieces and serve it.

Badam kheer
Ingredients:

1cup badam, 34 cup milk, ¾ cup sugar, 1tsp kesar, 3 tsp ghee, 12 sliced pistachios, and 12 finely chopped cashew nuts

Method:
Soak the almonds in warm water for three hours. Later grind them in a mixer to prepare a fine paste. Kept it aside.
Bring milk to a boil and add kesar and sugar to it.
Heat the ghee in a pan and add almond paste to it. Pour the milk in it. Stir it nicely in one direction for 20 minutes to make it thick.
Afterwards, take it off from the flame. Sprinkle cashew nuts and pistachios over it for garnishing.
