Some sweet recipes for you all

Hey people, here are some wonderful variety of sweet dishes for you all that have sweet tongue. Just read them below and try out in your kitchen cabinets. I am sure you all would love them.

Chocolate chip diamonds

Ingredients:

250 gm khoya, 125 gm castor sugar, 1/3 cup chocolate chips, ¼ cup cake fruit

Method;

Grate the khoya and fry in a kadhai till some of the ghee separates.

Cool and mix in the castor sugar. Mix in the chocolate chips and cake fruit.

Roll out on a greased surface and cut into pieces with a diamond biscuit cutter.

Pineapple chocolate wheels

Ingredients:

6 slices of tinned pineapple, ½ cup grated dark chocolate

For garnishing:

6 cherries

Method:

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl which is kept in a pan of hot water. Fill it in a piping bag and spread it on the pineapple slices so that they look like wheels.

Serve chilled, garnished with cherries.

Royal mango jelly rolls

Ingredients:

6 thin mango jelly slices (aam papad), ½ cup khoya (mashed or grated),1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 tbsp finely cut almonds, ½ tsp cardamom powder, a few threads of saffron, 6 cloves

Method:

Mix well the khoya, sugar, raisins, almonds, cardamom and saffron.

Spread this mixture on the slice and fold the slice from both sides. Press nicely and secure with a clove.

Chill and serve.

Raj mango katori

Ingredients:

2 cups vanilla flavored custard, 5 thick mango slices, ½ cup sweetened cream; 3 tsp cake fruit, 5 cherries, and ½ cup chopped mixed fruits

Method:

Scoop out the centers of the mango slices, so that they resemble shallow katoris.

Mix the cream and mixed frits. Fill the katoris with this mixture. Garnish with cake fruit and cherries.
