Some special royal recipes for you all

Hey girls and guys, here are some sumptuous recipes for all of you- just check them out and try in your kitchen cabinets at least once. I am sure you all would love them.

Palak paneer
Ingredients

½ kg palak, 200 gm paneer, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, small piece of ginger, salt and pepper to taste, ghee

Method
Wash the palak nicely, and chop it.
Make paste of onion, garlic and ginger in a blender.
Peel off the tomato and chop it into small pieces.
Chop paneer into square or triangle pieces and fry them in ghee till they turn golden brown in color. Now keep them aside.
Pour chopped palak with some water and salt in cooker. Cook it for five minutes.
Sieve the palak and store the water for future use.
Make a paste of palak in a blender.
Heat oil in a pan, and sauté chopped onions it. Sauté ginger, garlic, tomato in pan .put red chili powder and other seasonings too. Stir-fry.
Add palak paste and fried paneer pieces and stir constantly.
Add the stored palak water to the pan.
Cook for five minutes.
Serve hot with grated paneer on top.

Vegetable keema
Ingredients:

1 cauliflower, 4 onions, small piece of ginger, 8-10 garlic cloves, 2 tomato, seasonings, radish, carrot pieces, ghee

Method:
Wash the cauliflower without chopping it. Grate it.
Make a paste of onion, garlic and ginger in a blender.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the masala in them. Sauté onions, tomato pulp and red chilies in it.
Add grated cauliflower in it with salt.
Cook the cauliflower in closed lid pan.
Pour it in a serving plate. Garnish with garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Also place some carrot and radish pieces.
