Some royal mouthwatering recipes

Healthy Capsicum cups
Ingredients:

300 gm capsicum, ¼ tsp salt, oil for frying

For filing:
100 gm fresh home made paneer, 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut, 2 tbsp fried and grated makhane, 1 ½ tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 12 raisin, 1 tsp chironji, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp garam masala powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 chopped green chilly

For garnishing:
Bunch of coriander leaves


Method:

Wash capsicum nicely and slice them into two halves.
Hollow them from the center, fry them in oil lightly and sprinkle salt on them. Keep aside.
For preparing the filling, sauté the cashew nuts, seasonings, coconut, paneer, makahne, rasins, chironji, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt in a pan. Cool it off.
Fill 2-3 tsp of this filling in the capsicum cups.
Heat oil in pan and shallow fry these cups again.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.

Cabbage-do-pyaza
Ingredients:

400 gm cabbage, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 250 gm peas, 2 potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 1/3 tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 2 green chilies, bunch of chopped coriander leaves

Method:
Wash the cabbage nicely and make a good cut in it with the help of knife so that vegetables can be filled into it.
Fill the half pan with water and bring to a boil. Add salt in it and put the cabbage in this water and let it cook in it for 2-3 minutes.
Heat the cooker and sauté the chopped onion, tomato, and peas in it. Add salt and peppers, turmeric and other ingredients. Cook well.
Place the cabbage in a serving plate and fill the above mixture in it. Also place some cooked vegetables around the cabbage. Serve hot.
