Some Herbal Recipes For You

Hey girls and guys, here are some herbal recipes for you all just check them out to prepare in your kitchen cabinet.

Cold chicken with herb dressing

Ingredients:

1 ½ kg chicken, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 green onion, 1 curry leaf, 3 bunch of green aajmodh, 2 bunch of green aijwain

For herb dressing:

White part of 1 egg, pinch of salt, 150 gm olive oil, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 4 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp saunf

Method:

Put the chicken in a saucepan and pour cold water in it.

Wash and Chop onion, carrot, green onion together in bowl. Now boil all these vegetables in hot water with amjodh and ajwain. Boil for 30 minutes.

Take out the chicken from saucepan and keep it aside. Cook all the other vegetables in a pan. When this stock starts to get thick, pour it in a bowl and keep in a refrigerator for the whole night.

Next day, prepare the dressing for your dish. Make a nice mayonnaise using white part of egg, oil, and vinegar and lemon juice. Now add mustard seeds, curd, and 4 tbsp chicken stock with chopped herbs and beat well.

Cut the chicken in desired shape and pour the dressing over the pieces. Refrigerate it for an hour before serving.

Eggs with saffron sauce

Ingredients:

250 gm rice, pinch of kesar, 4 eggs, kesar sauce

Method:

Wash the rice. Boil water in a pan with salt. Add rice and kesar to it and cook till rice gets cooked properly. When the water in rice gets dried-up, pour the rice in a serving dish.

Boil the eggs and place them in center of rice. Pour the kesar sauce on the eggs. Serve hot.
