Some healthy salad recipes for you

Special super salad
Ingredients:

3 cup basmati rice, 1 cup thick curd, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped cucumber, 1 chopped apple, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp jeera, ½ tsp kesar, pinch of turmeric powder, 12 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp oil

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, and splutter jeera in it. Now add turmeric powder, kesar and salt with 1-cup basmati rice to it; cook to prepare yellow rice in a pan.

Prepare the rest two cups of basmati rice with chopped vegetables in another pan. Divide this rice in two parts. Add chopped green coriander leaves to first one and leave the rest as it is.
Pour the different 3 varieties of rice in 3 different bowl and cool them down.
Pour curd in a bowl and add salt to it.
Place all 3 different variety of rice in a serving plate garnishing with slices of tomatoes, cucumber etc. enjoy it with curd.

Noodle salad
Ingredients:

1 cup boiled noodles, 1 cup cooker salty rice, 2 eggs, 1 hopped capsicum, ½ cup chopped cabbage, 1 medium chopped tomato, ½ cup grated paneer, 1 tbsp vinegar, ½ cup milk, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, slices of tomatoes

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté noodles and chopped cabbage. Add salt, black pepper powder and milk to it ad stir-fry. Add chopped capsicum and tomatoes now.
Boil an egg and slice into small pieces. Mix eggs and grated paneer together. Add both of them to noodles now. Add vinegar to noodles.
Place the noodles on a serving tray. Half-fry the second egg in a pan and place it over the noodles. Garnish with tomatoes and serve.
