If fitness is a distant dream for you in spite of trying every kind of exercise, then it’s pretty sure that you are a victim of these exercising myths.Do you think that swimming is a great weight loss activity, then think again? No doubt swimming plays an important role in toning up your muscles and increasing the power of your lungs. Swimming can only help you to loose weight if you swim for hours everyday otherwise not. This is because when you swim, the buoyancy of water provides support to your body. In fact, running for the same amount of period can give you far better results.
Thinking of doing crunches for getting rid of belly fat? The ab-crunching machine can strengthen your muscle and improve the posture. But it can’t benefit you if you have fat covered on your muscles. Such machines can’t help you to get rid of body fat. Instead you can go for cardio exercises for removing those extra fats from your body. The right kind of diet combined with systematic training program provides you more effective result.
Remember yoga can’t help in all sorts of back pain. It can only help you to get rid of back pain, if it is related to muscle. Some stretching yoga exercises, if done in a correct way can cure the back pain problem. But again, if pain is due to some other reasons, then yoga will do no good to your body. So it is better that you consult your doctor before starting yoga session as it is not the answer for every body pain that you go through.
It is very important to keep in mind the following facts and remove the above myths for keeping yourself in fit and fine health.
