Some exotic soup recipes for you all

Hey all you fitness freak people, here are some exotic and mouthwatering soup recipes- just for all of you! Check it out!

Beans soup
Ingredients:

1 cup beans, ½ cup curd, ¼ tsp jeera, ¼ tsp grounded black pepper powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 lemon, 1 tsp ghee, 304 curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method:
Boil beans in three cups of water in a pan, till they turn soft. Keep it aside and let it cool down. Later sieve well.
Heat the pan, pour the beans liquid water into it and add black pepper with curd. Let the mixture boil for five minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera and curry leaves to it. When these both ingredients begin to crackle, pour over the soup.
Garnish the hot soup with green coriander leaves and tinge of lemon juice.

Garlic and egg soup
Ingredients:

12 clove of garlic, 1 tsp butter, 2 slices of bread, 4 eggs, 1 tsp salt,  2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 41/2 cup water, ¾ tsp balk pepper powder

Method:
Chopped the garlic cloves finely.
Cut the bread slices ion 6 equal square pieces.
Heat the pan and fry the bread slices over it till the turn golden brown in color.
Break the egg in a bowl and pour chopped coriander leaves in it. Mix them well.
Heat the butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic cloves to it and stir fry till they turn golden brown. Add water to it. Also, add salt and black pepper to it. Let it boil for 20-25 minutes.
Now pour the egg mixture in a blender to blend it well. Later add this blended egg to the boiled garlic water and again cook for five more minutes.
Serve hot after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
