Some easy ways to enjoy a long flight

March 31, 2009

Hey girls and guys, does the single thought of long flight gives shivers to your whole body? Do you find it irritating and annoying sitting in single same position during the session of long flights? Well don’t panic then! Here are some easy and effective ways that can certainly help you to enjoy your long flights.

On the day of the flight, get a nice body massage done from a good body spa centre. Believe me that an effective massage will help against the feeling of stiffness from sitting in one position for too long.

Make sure you wear comfortable jeans and a zip-up hoodie lined with soft cotton. You can also carry a pair of warm socks and a soft thro to rap around and make the seat more comfortable.

You can always entertain yourself on long flights by watching the in-flight movies. Or carry an i-pod in your carry bag. Just listen to your favorite tunes on the i-pod until you drift off to sleep. Or if you are not feeling sleepy, stretch your legs every few hours by walking in the aisles. Stretching exercises can really help by avoiding you getting tired.

If you want you can feed yourself with some tasty but healthy snack- items. Eat fruits and low-calorie snacks. Try drinking lots of bottled water, juices instead of coffee and aerated drinks. This way, you can certainly enjoy time on a flight in a healthy way.

Take an interesting book or laptop long. Don’t forget to carry CD’s of some wonderful movies that you can see on your laptop to pass out the time enjoyably. Or notepad and jot down stuff you never have the time for otherwise. Take a few old photos of friends and family too. It’ll make you feel good to see their faces.
