Simple Ways to Deal with Menstrual Pain
Are you tired of your every month’s ordeal of painful periods? Many women face the problem of painful periods which are accompanied by mild to severe abdominal pain and other discomfort.

Every woman is different and thus, there are few who have their periods with no discomfort or pain at all, while there are some who suffer from extreme menstrual pain and cramps.
Instead of relying heavily on medicines and pain killers, you can try out some effective natural remedies.
If you are having menstrual abdominal cramps and pain, you can try out the tried and tested hot bottle therapy. That is to say, apply a warm/ heat pad or water bottle on the aching region. Don’t heat it so much that you burn yourself. You can also take a hot water bath as that helps in relaxing and easing the pain.
Certain dietary changes can also help. If you are fond of caffeine, then you should limit its intake, especially during and before your menstrual cycles. This is because caffeine can contribute to such menstrual cramps and other problems.
Similarly, don’t indulge in alcohol intake. Also, you should eat light and frequent meals rather than big heavy meals. A well balanced diet is a must. Whatever be the problem, nutritious diet is the basic which everyone must follow.
During your menstrual cycles, you must have herbal teas as that help in naturally alleviating pain and menstrual cramps. You can have herbal teas made of mint or saffron.
It has also been found that consuming Aloe Vera juice can help you to naturally get relief from menstrual pain and discomfort.
Thus follow the above given natural tips and preventive measures to effectively deal with the problem of menstrual pain, cramps and discomfort.
