One of the most well known and surest sign of pregnancy is missed period. If you have missed your period, then you must get your pregnancy test done. Many women get hit by morning sickness after a few weeks of conception. Pregnancy related nausea can be felt at morning, evening or night.

However, there are also many women who don’t experience this symptom. Similarly, another body signal of your being pregnant is darkening of your areolas. However, this might also indicate some hormonal imbalance but nevertheless it is also one of the many symptoms of pregnancy. Tender and swollen breasts are another sign. Your breasts would become tender to touch, just like they feel before periods. Women who are pregnant also experience symptoms like increased urination and increased fatigue. While fatigue is a signal of early pregnancy, it can also occur due to number of factors.

Another sign of pregnancy is food cravings. You might suddenly start craving for a particular food item. Also, you might suffer from altered sense of taste. However, all these symptoms are possible indications of pregnancy, not sure shot guarantees. Thus, if you are facing multiples symptoms as mentioned here, then it is worth a try to get your pregnancy test done. You might get good news.
