Sex hurts? Here’s the solution
Lack of sexual arousal is the most common cause for painful sex. Women’s vagina always expands whenever she is in mood or desire to have sex. This desire also makes her vagina become moist and lubricated, which helps in avoiding any kind of friction during the intercourse process. Penetrating during unaroused state can cause real pain in vagina leading to hurting sex. Sensuous foreplay can be used a barometer for booming sex. Foreplay is to great sex what warming up is to great workout. Here are some few self –help techniques which can be taken for avoiding painful intercourse.
Relationship issues:
It would be good for a couple if they work on their relationship issues, if any, before they hit their bed. If you unhappy about anything disclose it to your partner and sort it out. Make sure your heart as well as head is in mood for sex to enjoy it fully.
Exercises
Pelvic exercises increase the blood to our genital areas. This helps in making you more conscious about physical sensations. So make sure you incorporate such exercises.
Lubrication
It’s quite hard to stimulate a dry clitoris. It would be wise to keep a lubricating tube to speed up the process of intercourse, so as to enjoy sex without any pain.
Consulting your heath care expert
The pain caused during intercourse is treatable once its cause is found out. If above self technique failed to guard you against the pain, seek the help of your doctor. Answer him the questions like whether you feeling pain just outside and around vagina or deep inside; or pain is on both sides or on any one; or is it aching deeply, extent of soreness ,burning etc. Answering to these questions truly can help doctor to recommend you the exact solution for your problem.
