Mishri mava
Ingredients

8 cup milk, 150 gm crushed mishri, some kesar, chandi vark, 2 tbsp fresh curd, 10 chopped pista

Method
Mix kesar in warm milk.
Blend milk and curd together and place it on flame to boil.
When it reduces to ¾ th in its quantity, take it off from flame.
Add kesar, cardamom powder and again place over flame and cook.
Take it off from flame and pour chopped pista.
Keep side for 3-4 hours to cool down.
mix mishri in it and layer it with chandi vark.
Place it in refrigerator to cool down.
Serve.

Malai laddoo
Ingredients

10 cup milk, ¼ tsp kesar, 1 pinch of phitkri, 10 gm sugar powder, 10 chopped badam

Method
Bring milk to boil in a boiler.
Add phitkari powder and cook till it becomes thick in consistency.
When milk turns thick, take it off from flame and keep aside to cool down.
Later add kesar and sugar. Prepare small ladoos with them.
Add chopped badam and serve.

Sooji pinni
Ingredients

500 gm sooji, 50 gm mava, required milk, 6 green cardamom, ¼ tsp kesar, 500 gm sugar, 6 tbsp ghee, ½ tsp jayphal powder, 50-50 gm badam, pista, raisins, cashew nuts, 5 gm coconut

Method
Wash raisins in water.
Chop all other dry fruits in small pieces.
Sauté sooji in ghee in pan. When it turns golden in color, add milk and stir ell.
Prepare sooji balls and fry them in oil till they turn golden brown.
When these balls gets cool down, make nice paste of them in blender.
Add mava to this paste.
Sauté mava with dry fruits, sooji paste, in pan. Add the blended mixture also in it. Add sugar. Mix all well. Take it off from flame.
Prepare desirable shape pinni with the mixture and serve.
