In case of minor cuts and bruises, just dab a pinch of turmeric on the affected area for quickly stopping the blood flow. If you are troubled by congestion in throat, then don’t panic, just drink a glass of haldi wala dudh, and trust me you will get tremendous relief. Not only these, but turmeric also helps in reducing blood cholesterol level of your body, relieves sore throat, cough, cold and flatulence. As an ingredient of most cosmetic lotions, turmeric paste helps in preventing and curing pigmentation, dark circles and acne marks. Isn’t that wonderful?
Cloves
If a visit to the dentist gives you nightmares then make sure your cupboard is always stocked with a bottle of clove oil. Always keep in mind that clove oil has antiseptic properties that are best known to relive you from a toothache. Also it acts as an excellent mouthwash. The main ingredient present in clove oil is eugenol which has inflammatory properties that can help in easing the stiffness and pain linked with muscle aches, joint pains and arthritis.
