This discomfort in turn leads to sleepless nights.

There can be various causes of restless leg syndrome. Pregnancy is one such cause and it can also be caused due to obesity, smoking and also due to intake of alcohol and caffeinated drinks. In addition, other problems and ailments like kidney disorders, anemia, hypothyroidism, and diabetes can also lead to the problem of restless leg syndrome.

If you are suffering from the discomfort and pain caused by restless leg syndrome, then here are some natural remedies that can help you out. If you live a sedentary life, then you are at a higher risk of developing this syndrome.

Thus, to prevent it, you must move your legs in the morning and keep yourself active by walking, cycling or any other physical activity that involves the movement of your legs. In addition, having a hot water bath can help to alleviate the pain associated with restless leg syndrome.
