Refreshing Drinks To Beat Summers
Here are some refreshing drinks for you all to beat this hot summer weather in cool style! Read the recipes below and enjoy preparing them for your loved ones.
Apple water
Ingredients:
6 apples, 4 cup water
Method:
Peel of apples and chop them into small pieces. Boil these pieces in water for 2 hours.
Let them cool off after 2 hours. Sieve them.
You can use them for drinking purpose by adding a tinge of lemon juice or sugar as per your taste.
Rose syrup
Ingredients:
500 gm sugar, 4 lemon juice, 2 cups water, red color, ½ cup rose water, 1 tsp tartaric acid, 2 tsp rose essence
Method:
Add sugar to water and prepare 2 taar chaashni.
Add all the other ingredients to it and preserve it on a cool place.
You can use it as and when you like.
Chandan lassi
Ingredients:
1 cup milk, ½ cup rose water, 2 cup water, 1 small piecec of chandan, crushed ice, sugar
Method:
Make a nice paste of chandan and rose water.
Now add sugar, milk and water to the above paste.
Add crushed ice to it.
Pour them in serving glasses and garnish with rose petals.
Serve.
Iraani sherbet
Ingredients:
1 cup orange, pineapple and some other fruit juice, 2 cup lemon juice, 2 cup crushed ice pieces, 1/3 cup sugar
Method:
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Now add crushed ice and again blend.
Pour into serving glasses and serve.
Pineapple juice cocktail
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice, 2 tsp naarangi juice, ice, ½ cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup sugar or honey
Method:
Except ice, pour all the ingredients in blender and blend well.
Late add ice and blend again.
Pour the sieved juice in serving glasses and serve.
