Recipes that can enhance up your romantic side

Hey girls and guys, here are some perfect and sumptuous recipes for you all. These recipies will certainly boosts up passionate as well as romantic side of you and your partner. So don’t waste any more time, and read out the recipes below so that you can try them in your kitchen cabinets!

Kahwa
Ingredients

2 cups water, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 inch piece of cinnamon, cardamom pods, ¼ tsp kahwa leaves, almonds, strands of saffron

Method
Boil water in vessel; add sugar, crushed cinnamon, cardamom pods.
Close the lid of the vessel to contain the aroma. boil for three minutes.
Rub the kahwa tea leaves in your palms and add to the water. Boil for two more minutes.
Add saffron and then turn off the flame.
Let it rest for minute.
Before pouring the kahwa, add some crushed almonds in the cups.

Chicken in red wine with mushrooms
Ingredients

1 whole chicken with skin, jointed into quarters, 30 gm diced peeled carrots, onions, celery, 50 gm whole button mushrooms, 30 gm peeled whole shallots, 20 gm minced garlic, 5 gm thyme sprigs, 3 pieces of by lees, burgundy wine, 50 gm clarified butter, 00 ml brown chicken stock, 50 gm refined flour, salt and pepper.

Method

Coat the chicken quarters evenly on flour.
In heavy bottomed casserole, sauté the bacon to render the fat. Add clarified butter when it’s hot. Add chicken pieces. Golden brown them evenly.
Add diced carrots, onion, garlic, celery, half the mushrooms and shallots. Sauté further.
Tie thyme sprigs and bay leaves into bouquet. Put into the casserole.
Add wine, chicken stock, salt and pepper.
Simmer gently till the chicken is 80 percent cooked.
Add the remaining mushrooms and shallots.
Once the chicken is completely cooked, remove the thyme and bay leaf bouquet and serve.
