Hey girls and guys, here are some sumptuous and mouth-watering snack items for you all! They are not only healthy but also easy to prepare in less time. So don’t waste time! Just prepare these lip-smacking dishes for your family members and friends. I am sure they all would love them.

Toast with corns
Ingredients:

4 garlic bread, 1 cup boiled corns, 1 cup chopped onion, 5-7 chopped green chilies, 2 tsp oil, 4 tsp butter, ½ cup milk, 4 tsp Maida, salt to taste, 4 tsp tomato sauce

Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions in it till they turn golden brown in color. Add corns and chopped green chilies. Now take it off from the flame.
Heat 2 tsp butter in a pan and add Maida to it. Sauté for 2-3 minutes and then add milk. Cook till it turns thick in consistency. Add the fried corns, green chilies and onions in it. Mix well. Add salt according to taste.
Pick garlic breads, buttered them and spread the above prepare mixture on it.
Place them into oven till they turn golden brown in color.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Carrot and cabbage with coconut
Ingredients:

1 medium sized chopped cabbage, 3 chopped carrot, 1 tsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 3 dry leaves, 10-12  curry leaves, salt to taste, 1 cup grated coconut, 2 chopped green chilies

Method:
Heat the oil in a microwave dish. Pour mustard seeds, red chilies and 2 curry leaves in it to splutter. Cover the dish and cook for a minute on low temperature.
Add cabbage, carrots and salt to it. Mix everything well and then cook it for 5 minutes.   Now take the dish out from microwave oven.
Garnish it with grated coconut, green chilies and curry leaves. Mix well and serve hot.
