Peeling Skin
Has the peeling of your skin suddenly scared you? There are many reasons behind the peeling of skin and a majority of them are not serious at all. Peeling skin is often a result of excessive sweating and perspiration and if you keep your hands in gloves for a long time, they can become susceptible to peeling.

If you don’t moisturize or skin or neglect it, then you might be punished by the peeling of your skin. Thus, a proper care of your skin can easily help you avoid this problem.
Keep your skin moisturized, avoid contact of your skin with harmful soaps and chemicals and also drink water for keeping your body hydrated to prevent the peeling of skin. Certain medications can lead to side effects of peeling skin and thus, one should keep a check on the medications one is having.
Honey is a natural healer. All you need to do is to make an effective mixture for your skin by mixing honey, olive oil, turmeric and sandalwood paste. Also, eat a well balanced diet and provide your body and skin with all the essential nutrients to prevent the problem of peeling skin. Foods rich in Vitamins A, B and C are particularly helpful.
