Nutritious Healthy Recipes For Your Kids

Tasty vermicelli

Ingredients:

2 packet of vermicelli, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1 medium sized chopped capsicum, 2 boiled potatoes, 2 ½ cup thick curd, 1 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, ¼ cup salted boondi, 8-10 chopped pieces of beetroot, ¼ cup boiled macaroni, ¼ cup chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chilies

For garnishing:

Slices of capsicum and tomatoes, potato chips

Method:

Add limejuice and chat masala to potato slices.

Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add salt, cinnamon powder and black pepper powder to them.

Now place coriander leaves serving plate. Pour thick curd over it and then potato slices over it. Now place chopped vegetables on it and at last all the boondi. Sprinkle coriander leave, green chilies. Garnish with beetroot, tomato and potato chips. Serve.

Saucy nuggets

Ingredients:

2 cup neutri-nuggets, 200 gm tomato puree, 2 onions, 2 tbsp maida, fried slices of 2 onins, 3-4 green chilies, 1 cup beaten mil cream, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ¼ cup raisins, ¾ tsp salt, ¾ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi powder, ¼ tsp sugar, 5-6 chopped fried almonds

Method:

Wash nuggets and soak them in water.

Chop onion. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion in it. Add ½ cup milk cream to the pan and stir-fry. Add maida to the pan and let it turn golden brown. Later add tomato puree and 1-cup water to it and cook again. Bring it to a boil

Add salt, garam masala, raisins, kasoori methi powder and nuggets to it. When nugget start to get soft, add sugar, almonds and green chilies. Pour into serving dish. Garnish with beaten milk cream, coriander leaves. Serve hot.
