Nutritious dishes for you

Hey girls and guys, here are some lip-smacking as well as healthy, nutritious recipes for you all-have a look!

Sticky cinnamon figs

Ingredients
4 anjeer, 1 big slice of butter , 4 tsp honey, 100 gm pista and almonds, 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Heat the grill on medium temperature.

Cut the anjeer in flower shape by making 4 cuts with knife. Place them in baking dish. Pour butter, honey, nuts and seasonings on them.

Grill them for five minutes so that the anjeer gets soft and both butter and honey starts melting.

Serve hot with curd.

Veggies salad

Ingredients
1 small chopped cabbage, ¼ cup grated carrot, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp peanut paste,1/2 cup grated coconut, 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp hing

Method
Mix all the vegetables together.

Before serving, add lemon juice and chopped peanuts and grated coconut.

Heat oil in pan, sauté hing and turmeric powder in it. Add all the above mixed veggies in it and mix well.

Your salad is ready. Serve hot.

Fruit salad
Ingredients

200 gm grapes, 200 gm apples, 2 oranges, 1/2 cup chaashni, 10 gm mint leaves

Method
Wash all the fruits in a nice manner. Chop them and mix all the fruits together in a bowl with other

ingredients.
Place the bowl in a refrigerator to cool down.

Your sweet salad is ready. Serve chilled.

Japanese salad

Ingredients
50 gm carrot, 50 cucumber, 100 gm raddish, 100 gm onions, 100 gm pineapple, 1 cup curd, 30 ml cream, lemon juice of 2 lemon

Method
Mix all the ingredients together in bowl. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to cool down.

Your Japanese salad is ready. Serve chilled.
