While there are many of us who have a body odor after excessive sweating or after a workout, there are also many who have a persistent body odor despite trying out various means. Hormonal changes, excessive sweating, infections, presence of toxins in the body and other factors like genetics can all lead to body odor. While there is no denying the fact that personal hygiene is the first major step towards keeping yourself fresh and odor free, there are still people who have that annoying body odor despite all attempts. Here are some tips for such people.
As mentioned before, personal hygiene is a must. Keep yourself fresh by having regular baths and use anti-bacterial soaps. Change your socks regularly and adhere to basic oral hygiene. Also, you need to drink a lot of water. You need to treat this problem from within and having water is one of the safest and healthiest ways of detoxifying your body. Have water and if required, add lemon to it. However, limit your intake of coffee and tea. Additionally, having fresh vegetables and fruits can also help in the detoxification of body.
If you sweat a lot and have a persistent body odor, then you must limit your intake of spicy food with a sharp aroma like garlic and onions. Thus, naturally purify and detoxify your body as that is one of the key ways of keeping your self odor free.
