Natural Ways to Reduce Body Heat
With temperatures soaring with every passing day of summer, your body tends to get exhausted by high temperature. High levels of temperature imply rising body heat which in turn leads to a lot of discomfort and problems like nausea, headaches, anxiety and general weakness. Given below are some natural ways by which you can keep yourself cool by reducing your body heat, especially during summers.
An extremely simple and most effective way of keeping yourself cool and healthy during summer time is by increasing your intake of water and fluids. You need to keep your body hydrated as that helps in reducing body heat. Fruit juices and certain herbal teas are also helpful. Having yogurt is also helpful as it has a cooling effect on the body.
If you are suffering from high body heat, then you should strictly avoid or reduce the intake of fatty, fried and spicy food items as they only add on to the problem. You should instead increase your intake of fresh fruits like grapes, mangoes and pomegranates.
Juices of fresh fruits are particularly helpful and having fresh juices of watermelons, lemon and pineapples amongst others can be refreshing and helpful for people with high body heat. Fresh vegetables are also helpful.
As mentioned above, keep yourself light and avoid overeating. Additionally, you should not overstress and overstrain yourself, especially in hot weather. Instead, if you are suffering from high body heat, try giving your body some much needed rest. Also, you must avoid intake of alcohol as it only adds on to the problem.
Avoid going out in heat and keep indoors as much as possible, especially when the temperatures are soaring. This naturally prevents the rising of body heat.
Thus, follow the above given tips to naturally reduce your body heat.
