Moreover, dehydration of body is another cause for origin of bad breath. Improve your diet. This primarily implies temporarily avoiding onions, garlic or alcohol to lessen the bad smell. Drink unsweetened green tea as that helps in providing you with a fresh and healthy breath. Chewing on a sprig of parsley also helps to absorb the substances that create the lack of freshness in your mouth. In addition, parsley is also good for the overall health of your body.
