Do not think that avoiding sleep and working late at nights is going to help you in any way. It slowly saps away your health as proper and a sound sleep is essential for maintaining proper energy levels of the body. Sleep helps to restore the body’s energy supplies that have been depleted through the day’s activity. Don’t smoke or drink as they are sure to deplete all your energies making you weak and hollow from inside. You might find these as effective ways of boosting your spirits, but they are nothing but illusions which are actually taking you to the path of self-destruction. While smoking should be completely banned, you can drink but in moderation. These days, various massages, even spa treatments, are available which can help in relaxing the body to rejuvenate its energy and stamina levels.
