Along with a healthy diet, you need exercise and good sleep. There are certain facial exercises which help in natural face lifts by promoting toning and firming of skin. You can use skin toners and also use a moisturizer, preferably an anti aging one, and apply on your skin daily to keep it soft, supple and hydrated. You should massage the lotion or cream on your cheeks in an upward circular motion.

Along with proper massaging of skin, perform facial exercises to firm up your facial and neck region. This in turn prevents double chin and sagging skin by naturally toning up your skin. Thus, follow the given steps to hide your age behind your youthful, glowing and toned face.
