Nail Problems and Their Causes and Treatment

Nail problem is not too common when compare to other sickness. But don’t you think it beautifies your over all body presentation? Neat and clean nail and toe nail look as gorgeous as the other parts of your body.

There are not many problems with nail but we do come across with discoloration of nail, spoon shape nail and ingrown nail. Deformed nail is also seen.
Spoon shape nail is due to iron deficiency and when one gets older there is a problem called psoriasis and in this your nail is pitted and starts to develop of vertical ridges. They are caused due to less consumption of Vitamins like A, B complex and C and also less content of calcium, magnesium and other essential minerals.

Discoloration happens due to Anemia. Your nail becomes pale. Sometimes your nail colour becomes whitish and it is due to deficiency of vitamin A and zinc. So, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables which contained Vit A and zinc.
Here are some home made remedies which are useful to treat nail disorder.
Time table should be maintained, like, you should take them 4 times a day for atleast 2 or 3 weeks. If your nail is brittle take Antimonium 6c. it will help to reduce your problem.

And for whitish nail disorder try for silicea 6c. For the thick nail and deformed shape you should go for Graphites 6c and swollen and red push type at the skin base Thuja 6c must be taken. Besides that, if any finger nail problem you can soak your nail in a solution of colenda. And apply colenda ointment twice a day.
To cut and trim your nail is very important to keep away from any fungal infections.
Beautiful and clean nail is something which is worth flattering. It makes your feet so beautiful when you slip into good sandals. They look amazing.
