Mouthwatering non-vegetarian dishes
Kurmura chicken
Ingredients:
1kg chicken, 7-8 green chilies, 8 garlic cloves, 1 inch piece of ginger, 1 ½ cup bread crumbs powder, ½ lemon slice, 4 eggs, 1 tsp salt, ¾ tsp black pepper powder, oil to fry, ½ cup curd

Method:
Make a good paste of ginger, garlic and green chilies.
Clean the chicken pieces well. Add 2 cups of water to cooker and boil it. Add ½ tsp salt and chicken pieces to it and boil them for 4 minutes. Beat the eggs in a bowl nicely.
Take out the chicken pieces from cooker and rub the lemon over them.
Pour curd in a bowl and add garlic-ginger paste and salt to it. Dip the chicken pieces in this paste in a nice manner and sprinkle black pepper powder on them. Rub these chicken pieces in powdered breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
Fry them till they turn golden brown in color. Serve hot.
Murg manpasand
Ingredients:
800 gm clean chicken pieces, 12 gm refined oil, 1 tsp ginger powder, 10 garlic cloves, 100 gm peeled badams, 100 gm walnut, 25 gm rasins, 25 gm muskmelon seeds, ½ cup fresh cream, ½ cup fresh coconut milk, 1 tsp green chili paste, 4 red chilies, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, juice of 2 lemons, 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 5 cardamoms, 1 tsp salt
Method:
Make a paste of walnuts, rasins and badam and keep it aside. Separately make a paste of ingredients like green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and black pepper. Boil the coconut milk in a pan and add coriander, mirchi, black pepper, and turmeric to it. Add dry fruits paste in cream and mix well. When the coconut milk get boiled well add cream mixed with dry fruits in it.
Heat oil in pan and fry chicken pieces init. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add 4 cups water with salt to the pan and stir well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add lemon juice and coconut milk mixture to it. Stir constantly and cook till gravy gets thick. Serve hot.
