Stuffed cauliflower
Ingredients:

1 medium sized cauliflower, ½ cup moong ki dal, 1 cup grated cabbage, 1 sliced onion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, 1 cup coconut milk, 5 tbsp refined  oil, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

For garnishing:
Tomatoes and coriander leaves

Method:
Hollow the cauliflower nicely and fry it. Keep it aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and sauté moong dal in it.
Heat rest 2 tsp oil in a pan and sauté onions with cabbage and chopped cauliflower in it. Cook it for 4-5 minutes with covered lid. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Use this as a filling for cauliflower after adding garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Fill nicely this mixture in the hollow cauliflower and cook in a pan again. Add coconut milk to the pan and cook again.
Serve hot after garnishing with tomato slices and chopped coriander leaves.

Green tomato kofte
Ingredients:

½ kg green tomatoes, 2 cups of besan, ½ cup milk cream, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 ½ tsp salt, 1 ½ onion, 1 red tomato, oil for frying, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, ¼ tsp jeera

For garnishing:
¼ cup cream, tomatoes, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves

Method:
Grate the green tomatoes nicely and add to the besan. Add chopped onions to this with salt and prepare a nice mixture. Prepare small balls/ kofte of this mixture and fry them in pan.
Heat oil in another pan again and sauté onions, tomatoes and jeera in it. Add all the seasoning powders to it. Cook for 3 minutes. Then add 2 ½ glass of water and bring to a boil. Now add all the prepare kofte in the pan and let it cook for 3 more minutes. Pour the dish in a serving bowl. Garnish with cream, green chilies, tomato slices and serve hot.
