Mouthwatering Breakfast Recipes

Rumble tumble buns

Ingredients:

1 cup grated cabbage, 3 chopped onions, 3 eggs, 6-7 grated mushrooms, ½ cup grated cauliflower, 3- green chilies, tomato slices, 2 boiled tomato, ¼ cup milk cream, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp Soya sauce, some buns

Method:

Beat the 2 eggs nicely in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions and cabbage in it. After 2 minutes add chopped cauliflower and mushrooms in it and sauté them. Add Beat eggs and add chopped green chilies, black pepper, salt, and sauce to it.

Half fry 1 egg and layer it on the top. Garnish with boiled egg slices and tomato rounds. Serve with Buttered buns.

Papri snack

Ingredients:

2 papad, 500 gm boiled potatoes, ½ cup boiled noodles, ½ cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 inch chopped ginger, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp red chili powder, oil for frying

Method:

Mash the bile potatoes. Cool off the noodles in a bowl. Now mix noodles in mashed potatoes with all seasoning ingredients.

Break the papad in 4 equal pieces. Soak the papad pieces in water and rub the potato mixture on both sides. Fry these papad pieces in oil in a pan. Serve hot this chatpata papad snack with chutney.

Moong and chili pakode

Ingredients:

10-15 green chilies, 1 cup moong dal, 1 tsp amchoor, ½ tsp aijwain, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp jeera, oil for frying

For garnishing:

Grated radish, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, sauce

Method:

Wash and slit all green chilies in the center.

Mix ajwain, salt, re chili powder, amchoor together and fill this mixture in the center slit of green chilies.

Soak the dal in water for 5-6 hours. Make a nice paste of dale in a blender. Dip the green chilies in this paste and fry in oil. Garnish with tomato slices, chopped coriander, sauce.
